I Became a Prostitute for the First Time in My Life—But That Same Night, I Walked Into a Hotel Room and Found a Deadly Snake Waiting for Me Instead of the Man Who Paid Me
Chapter 1
My name is Helen.
People might think my story started because I had no family or because I was abandoned, but that is not the truth.
My parents were alive.
They loved me.
They provided everything I needed.
But deep inside, I always carried the belief that I needed to make my own money and build my own life without depending on anyone.
That mindset eventually led me to meet Beatrice.
I met her at the university. She was older than me, so I looked up to her and often called her my “school mother.”
At first, I thought she was someone who could guide me.
I was wrong.
Beatrice lived a completely different kind of life. She was addicted to parties, relationships, and a lifestyle built around wealthy men. She believed using her beauty was the easiest way to get money and attention.
One day, while she was painting her nails, she looked at me and said:
“Helen, look at yourself. Your parents may be wealthy, but that money belongs to them, not you. A woman should have her own fortune. You need to learn how to make millions yourself. Come with me tonight and stop behaving like a child.”
Her words stayed in my mind.
I wanted independence.
I wanted to prove that I could stand on my own.
And that was the beginning of my biggest mistake.
That night, I followed Beatrice into a world I had never entered before.
There were four of us going out together.
Beatrice told us there was a huge private party happening that evening. According to her, rich young men would be there, and we could meet them, impress them, and make a lot of money.
When we arrived, I immediately knew it was a different world.
The mansion was enormous.
Luxury cars filled the driveway.
Music shook the walls.
People wore expensive clothes, held glasses of champagne, and spent money like it meant nothing.
Beatrice seemed to know everyone there.
She quickly disappeared into the crowd, laughing with wealthy men who were throwing cash around and showing off their lifestyle.
I stood there feeling nervous and completely out of place.
Then a handsome man wearing a black shirt approached me.
He held a glass of expensive wine in his hand and looked at me carefully.
“You’re new here, aren’t you?” he asked with a small smile.
“I like your face. Come with me tonight. I have a private room booked at a nearby hotel. I’ll pay you more money than you have ever imagined.”
My heart started beating faster.
I looked toward Beatrice.
She noticed me and immediately gave me a thumbs-up.
“Go, Helen!” she shouted over the loud music. “This is what you came here for!”
I wish I had walked away.
I wish I had listened to the small voice inside my head telling me something was wrong.
But I didn’t.
That night, I made a decision that would become the most terrifying mistake of my life.
The man drove me to the hotel.
When we arrived, he told me to enter the room first while he handled something downstairs at the reception desk.
I walked inside.
The room was dark and silent.
I turned on the small lamp beside the bed.
And then my entire body froze.
The person I expected to see was not there.
Instead, lying on the bed was a large green python.
Its body was thick.
Its eyes looked cold and dangerous.
It moved slowly beside me, like it had been waiting for my arrival.
My breath disappeared.
I wanted to scream.
I wanted to run.
But standing alone in that unfamiliar room, facing a deadly snake, I had no idea what to do.
